Codex on your pad
Codex comes preinstalled and current, signed in with your own account, on a machine that stays up through the run.
Your account, your auth
Sign in on first run with your own account, as you would locally. reachpad runs the agent; it does not sit between you and your provider.
Config lives on the pad
Configuration lives in your home directory and survives between visits. The pad keeps the agent itself current between your sessions.

The common pattern is planning in one workspace with Claude Code and implementing in another with Codex, each in its own tab, each signed in to its own account. See running several agents at once.
