From sign-up to a running agent

1. Start a pad

Create an account at reachpad.dev/sign-up and start a pad from pricing. A pad is a dedicated Linux machine of your own, $19 per month, with its own address on reachpad.dev.

2. Open the terminal

From your dashboard, press “Open terminal in browser”. There is nothing to install: the browser is the client, on your laptop and on your phone.

3. Sign in to an agent

Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Kimi are preinstalled and kept current. Start one in your workspace; the first run asks you to sign in with your own account. Your keys, your config, your usage. reachpad does not sit in the middle of your agent's auth.

4. Hand it a task

Clone your repo and give the agent its task. Each workspace is a tab in the terminal, so a long run is a tab you can leave and come back to.

5. Close the laptop

The run executes on the pad, not on your machine, so closing the lid closes your view of the run and nothing else. Open the same address later, from any device, and you reattach to the same session, as far along as the agent got.
